We are seeking participation from workers, families and companies across the construction industry to take the Strong Voice, Safe Choices pledge and share a written submission that represents why it’s important to them that everyone is empowered to own and act on safety. Ten winners will be awarded $1,000 each for their written submission. The winners will be announced during Safety Week and all submissions will be judged by the Safety Week Leadership team. Please note, the monetary prize is taxable income and a Form 1099 will be issued. Contest organizers reserve the right to reject objectionable content that is not suitable for our audience.

- Submissions must be in by May 4, 2023 at 5pm Eastern Daylight Time to be eligible for the $1,000 prize

By participating in the Contest, each Participant guarantees that they are the exclusive owner of the copyright and all other proprietary rights in any and all materials and content submitted by the Participant to enter the Contest. The Participant further claims and guarantees that they have the right to grant Construction Safety Week the right to use, reproduce, distribute, perform and display any photo, audio file, video, text, etc., and by submitting an entry in the Contest the Participant does grant such rights to Safety Week. All entries must be your own or you may be eliminated from the contest.
